Classes 1, 3, 4, 5 are Trailblazers Qualifiers and only open to competitors with a Trailblazers Qualification Card.

TRAILBLAZERS FIRST ROUND
All classes are open to everyone.
(Rider minimum age 6 years.)
Trailblazers qualifying classes are:
SENIOR Intro, Prelim, Novice and Elementary
JUNIOR Intro, Prelim and Novice
(Juniors may enter the Elementary but will not qualify for Trailblazers.)
For entrants 16 years and under, age must be declared at entry. Lead-rein entries are accepted but will not be placed (HC).
A score of 58% or above qualifies for the second round upon purchase of a Qualification card (£12).
TRAILBLAZERS SECOND ROUND
Open to horses qualified from any Trailblazers First round competitions.

Entries close at midnight on the Tuesday prior to the competition.
Late entries accepted until midnight on the Thursday prior to the competition.
Times will be published during the evening of the Friday prior to the competition.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
If you cancel before midnight on the Thursday prior to the event, your entry fee will be refunded. Cancellation requests must be made by email to info@berriewood.co.uk.
If you cancel after midnight on the Thursday prior to the event, you will not be refunded.
In the event of cancellation of the competition by the organiser, your entry fee will be refunded.
In order to make a refund you will need to supply us with your bank details in order for us to make a bank transfer. We will not retain these details once the transfer has been made.
SUBSTITUTION / ALTERATIONS TO ENTRIES
If you need to substitute horse or rider after making an entry, the normal procedure is to cancel the original entry through horsemonkey and make a new entry.
If you need to make a change after the closing date, but before midnight on the Thursday prior to the event, you will need to request that we make the change on your behalf. Requests must be made by email to info@berriewood.co.uk and will incur an additional charge of £1.50 to cover the booking fee – this is payable, to the secretary, on the day of the event.

We will continue to use the old tests for the October competitions.
From November we will be using the new British Dressage tests.

Berriewood Farm LLP hosts several independent riding coaches who teach riders on their own horses. Please contact them directly to arrange lessons.
